Having nothing to sell is not a slogan. It is the reason a note here can state plainly that a popular network has a documented weakness, or that a heavily advertised feature is worth nothing to most households.
We read what the networks publish, what the regulator requires and what independent measurement shows, then write what it means for an ordinary household.
Every network page works through the same fifteen notes in the same order, so two networks can be compared without allowing for differences in presentation.
Notes are rewritten when the facts move — a merger, a network switch-off, a change in the rules. Between rewrites, details can and do change without notice, and a network's own current terms always take precedence over anything written here.
